Day 1

 
Hello, I am Halie. As you know if you watched the video above. I haven't eaten any meat for about 11 to 12 years. Not sure how long since It has been so long. I oringally stopped eating meat because I kept getting sick. Then again I ate beef and pork on a daily basis.  So I cut all meat out of my diet without checking it Chicken Or Turkey or other poultry would make me sick.

Now eating meat again will make me sick as my stomach is not use to digesting it. So Yes Chicken and Turkey will make me ill for now, but if the effects ware off after a month or so I am good. I think, I never actually met anyone who tested this, or documented it.

Yesterday was Day 1 of this journey. I noted that the meat feels slimy and is kinda unappealing to touch. Made me wonder why I am even trying. I had forgotten about that quality of meat. While I ate the meat it tasted great and I remembered how I use to have my Chicken/Turkey Sandwhiches with chips in them for added crunch. On Day 1 I had stomach aches and off and on wanting to hurl and really smelly burps. A bit unpleasant but cleared up in a few hours, before dinner. So yeah. Today is Day 2.

Also a note if you think I am not a vegetarian anymore remember there are Pollo-vegetarians who eat poultry. Also that I gave up meat for medical reasons not mental ones.

Well viewers what I ask of you is if you have any chicken/turkey or other bird dishes you want me to try write them down for me. What they are and how to make them. That would rock.

And final note as someone told me yesterday that I was doing this to fit in I should inform you all, I am doing this because I want to, not because I want to fit in. I just really want cashew chicken!
