Day 3

 
Hey all, Halie here again! Today is Day 3. While I really wanted to try eating Turkey bacon that I bought I am not sure I am going to be good with tougher digestion yet since I am still getting sick from eating chicken and turkey.
 
Today I had those mini chicken sandwhiches. Later I had the mini chicken salad which my friend tells me looks like cat food. hahaha. But I went easy and didn't have any chicken for my third meal today. :D I had rice instead. Yummy!
 
 
Today I felt queasy the whole day and it still feels like something is jumping around in my stomach. But not as strong as day 1. It seems that I am fastly adjusting to digesting the protein. Hm. I get hungry and full fast or slow as if my body can't make up it's mind right now. Most likely due to it's confusion with how to digest. And even the stuff that exits the body has gotten less for the moment, weird.
 
Oh and as I mentioned if you are going to do this or anything to change your diet you should consult your doctor first. They can tell you what will be good to do for your health. As what you eat does affect your health. This fact is often over looked.
